What You'll Do:
- Operate automated visual inspection systems using HMI controls
- Ensure all equipment is calibrated and cameras, lights, and reject systems function properly
- Document inspection activity, machine performance, and batch data
- Perform equipment cleaning and basic troubleshooting per SOPs
- Collaborate with QA and Maintenance to address any mechanical or quality deviations
What We're Looking For:
We're seeking candidates with experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or high-regulation manufacturing environments. You should be reliable, detail-focused, and have a strong understanding of GMP expectations. Previous experience with automated visual inspection systems is a major plus.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in pharmaceutical or cleanroom production
- Experience operating visual inspection machines or HMI-controlled systems
- Knowledge of GMP, FDA compliance, and sterile handling protocols
- High school diploma or GED required; technical training a plus
- Ability to stand for long periods and maintain visual acuity throughout shift
