Production Technician - Sterilizer Operator (Night Shift)

What You'll Do:
You'll be on the front lines of production, operating high-tech equipment including sterilizers, dryers, leak detection systems, and visual inspection machines. You'll ensure each IV bag meets exacting quality and regulatory standards by adjusting HMI-controlled systems, monitoring for defects, and collaborating with QC and maintenance teams to optimize performance. Cleanroom protocols and aseptic handling are non-negotiables - you're the gatekeeper of product purity and compliance.
What We're Looking For:
We're looking for candidates with experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or food-grade manufacturing. You should be comfortable working in a sterile cleanroom and operating complex automation systems. Technical troubleshooting, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of FDA/cGMP regulations are all key. Previous experience with HMI interfaces, robotics, and leak detection or vision-based inspection equipment is highly desirable.

Qualifications:
- Experience with automated equipment in a regulated environment (pharma/biotech/food)
- Knowledge of cGMP and FDA sterilization standards
- Familiarity with aseptic processing and cleanroom protocol
- Technical aptitude with HMI-controlled systems and quality control tools
- Associate degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or equivalent experience preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating 3-on / 3-off schedule
